2007.10.01 Mexico

Denise Walsh and Jo Mayfield traveled to Tabasco, Mexico to teach the class “Issues of the Heart” to the leaders of Compa in that state. These are all students who are involved in university campus ministries. Several of them invited their parents to attend the course with them and it was a great time of ministry to the entire family. The week after they returned the city of Villahermosa, where the class was taught, was greatly damaged by terrible flooding. Many of the students were able to immediately put into practice what they had learned in the class as they gave themselves to serving.
